2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Norwegian courts.

3. Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Norwegian law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, please notify us within the deadline by emailing bydahiirah@outlook.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery We deliver to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, and additional countries. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or customs processing.

6. Outside EU Customers are responsible for customs fees.

7. Privacy We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available in the store footer.
