1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, and additional countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at bydahiirah@outlook.com.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Norway: 2–5 business days
- Scandinavia (Sweden, Denmark, Finland): 3–7 business days
- Europe (Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, etc.): 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
5. Customs & Duties For orders shipped outside Norway, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
