Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

To start a return, contact us via bydahiirah@outlook.com or our instagram with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on worn items

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
